Kristen Stewart's landed a glamorous new role: fashion muse!
The "Twilight Saga" actress will be shedding her Bella Swan jeans and flannels for the edgy, cool-girl couture of Balenciaga as the face of the brand's newest perfume.

"I love Balenciaga fashion because it is incredibly bold and forceful, yet feminine and sexy," Kristen said in a statement. "I found there was a real creative freedom in this project. I feel blessed and really proud to be the face of this new fragrance."
The fashion house's head designer, Nicolas Ghesquire, added, "Kristen Stewart embodies the modernity of the new Balenciaga fragrance with her unique sensibility and intelligence...She shares the radical spirit of Balenciaga."

The 21-year-old actress, whose edgy style has blossomed in the past year, has worn Balenciaga on a number of occasions, including a New Moon photo call in Spain in 2009 and at the Los Angeles premiere of Twilight in 2008.
Balenciaga's new fragrance, which has yet to be named, will launch in the fall.
